General Questions
What do I need to bring for my pet’s stay?
We recommend bringing your pet’s food (to avoid stomach upset), collar , leash,any necessary medications, and a comfort item like a blanket or toy. We provide bedding, bowls, and lots of care.
What vaccinations are required?
All pets must be up to date on:
- Rabies
- Distemper (DHPP/DAPP)
- Bordetella (kennel cough)
Proof must be provided before check-in.
Can I tour the facility before booking?
Yes! We encourage meet-and-greets so you can see our space, ask questions, and ensure your pet feels comfortable.
How often will my pet be let out?
Pets enjoy multiple supervised potty breaks and play sessions throughout the day, including morning, afternoon, and evening outings.
Daily Care Questions
What is a typical day like for my pet?
Your pet’s day includes breakfast, playtime, rest periods, enrichment activities, lunch, more play, dinner, evening walks, and bedtime care.
Will my pet interact with other dogs?
Social pets may join group play sessions. Dogs are carefully grouped by size, temperament, and energy level. Pets who prefer alone time will enjoy private play.
What if my dog doesn’t get along with others?
No problem. We offer individual playtime and private accommodations to ensure safety and comfort.

What happens if my pet gets sick?
We will contact you immediately. If needed, we will take your pet to a trusted local veterinarian.
Do you give medications?
Yes. We can administer oral and topical medications as directed by the owner or vet. You will have to sign a consent form. Fee for Meds administration $5-10 per day
Is the facility clean and safe?
Yes. We maintain strict daily cleaning, sanitizing protocols, and constant supervision for safety.
